PLANTATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Is a management system combine with the security and surveillance to remotely monitor and manage the activities in the plantation site from any where out of the office and the site, this system makes remote monitoring most effective as it is powered by the Intelligent microprocessor panel at the site and Intelligent software at the PMX Data Center.

2.      Security and Surveillance Tool

As a security and surveillance tool the system is triggered by a software tool to remotely monitor activities at the site and prevent incase of any undesired activities at the plantation site from anywhere in the world.

Functionalities of a security and surveillance system are:

• Online Round-the-clock remote monitoring with night surveillance

• Monitoring at strategic location

• Main roads, road junctions and stray entrance

• Loading area, collection area (ramps)

• Access control using  biometrics – monitor the storage area where things are stored like tools, fertilizer etc

• Monitor the activities at the guardhouse and intimate the alerts and triggers at the guardhouse for immediate action and then follow the escalation list provided by the management.

• Weather conditions – the status of the weather at that moment at the site.
